Return Policy

  • Please note due to health and safety regulations, we do not provide returns or exchanges on our products. A return and refund will only be considered if the item(s) are deemed faulty. Please contact our customer care team for refund enquiries: orders@blome-global.com.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • If the return is denied due to non-compliance with our policy, we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.

Please note that you as a customer is responsible for the products during delivery when the product is returned to us. Please package the products in a suitable way in order to mitigate the risk that they are damaged or lost during delivery.

  • You must return BLOME product to the original retail point of purchase.
  •  We cannot grant refunds for returned product not purchased through blome-global.com
  •  Product purchased through blome-global.com may not be returned at retail locations that sell BLOME products.
  • Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.



The Site may contain information regarding the availability of Products. In rare cases, a Product may be in stock when you place the order, and sold out by the time we attempt to process the order. Should this happen, we will notify you by email and cancel the item from your order. We also may offer some Products for sale before they have been manufactured or arrive at our warehouse. When you preorder these Products, we will ship them out once they are available. In rare cases, these items may not become available for shipping. Should this happen, we will notify you by email and cancel the item from your order Promotions and offers apply as long as the product is in stock. There may be changes in the campaigns over time and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. In case of problems with orders or modifications, we will contact you via email to inform and correct your personal order.

Please note that even if we hope that you are very happy with your product, you are not entitled for compensation if the only reason for your complaint is that you are displeased with the product.
